These are the official rules for the giveaway held by The Candy Class.
- To be eligible to win, you must be a current subscriber to The Candy Class newsletter. This information will be verified before the prize is given out. Your email submitted in the Google Form for entry must match the same email used to subscribe to be eligible in order for the information to be verified. Anyone who does not have a current subscription will be disqualified from winning.
- To be eligible, only one entry is allowed per a person. Entries that consist of the same email address more than once will be disqualified. By entering, you accept to hold The Candy Class LLC. harmless from any claims, damages, or other litigation should a person falsify information by entering more than once without members of The Candy Class LLC. knowing.
- The prize may come in the form of multiple gift cards instead of one, but will equal the value that was advertised for the giveaway.
- The winner will be selected via a number generator. When entrants fill-out the Google Form for entry, their name will appear in a row in a spreadsheet. The number of the row will be used to assign the number for entry. The person that has the same number row ad the number generated from the number generator will be selected as the winner as long as they meet eligibility requirements.
- By entering, you agree for your first name to be used if chosen as a winner. Your first name may be used for notification of the winner on social media, www.thecandyclass.com, my newsletter and/or other publications.
- By entering, you accept to hold The Candy Class LLC. harmless from any claims, damages, or other litigation.
